FAQ

 - I'm getting this message: "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005' [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]..."

 - I click on a job and the details don't appear?

1)

1)You might have a window open already, but on the taskbar. After clicking on 1, the new job has opened in window 2, but it is "minimised". Click on window 2 in the taskbar, and see if that helps?

2) You may have pop-ups blocked. Hold down CTRL as you click on 1, and the window might appear.

3) The new window is opened using Javascript. That may be disabled on your browser. If you wish to enable it, please check your browser settings. Follow this path for MSIE: Tools - Internet Options - Security - Custom - Scripting - Active Scripting - Enable

 

 - The site is not updating. It is stuck on a previous date, with no fresh jobs

It may be cached. Please go to http://www.musicalchairs.info , then press "refresh" (for Internet Explorer) or "reload" (for Netscape) and continue onto your chosen pages.

If this doesn't work, please go to:

Tools - Internet options - Delete cookies (for Internet Explorer)
Edit - Preferences - Advanced - Cache - Clear (for Netscape)
