STOLEN FLUTE: Dutch maker Alfred Verhoef's hand made flute: from rosewood, with silver E-mechanic, with holes, C-foot. Keys made from single silver piece,number Ro 010609. Was stolen from his workshop in Alkmaar, Nederlands.

Information
Several instruments were stolen from an outbuilding that we use as a practise room. The lock was forced and the theives left a note saying "Thanks mate". From the looks of things they didn't know anything about instruments and just grabbed what looked valuable. We're hoping that if they were stupid enough to leave a note, they might try to sell them on together. In total there were 2 x clarinets, 2 x flutes, 2 x guitars and 5 x trumpets.

it was stolen in central london (marylebone area, prince regent pub) on 26 june (yesterday) between 22:30 and 23:00. stolen in normal black altus case (dark green or blue felt lining).
