Orquestra Nacional do Porto recently signed up with musicalchairs and advertised auditions for three vacancies. The geographical spread of applicants was wider than previously, the overall standard of auditionees was higher and at least one of the people we appointed would not have known about the vacancy without musicalchairs. The site has become the international reference point for orchestral vacancies and indispensable for this orchestra. And it saves us money on advertising!
