Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for managing the human and financial resources of the Boise Philharmonic Association in order to fulfill the orchestra's mission. As such, the Executive Director oversees all administrative aspects of the organization and implements the policies set by the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include: serving as a liaison with the musicians' union; ensuring effective administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement; engaging in strategic partnership with the Music Director to expand the footprint of the Boise Philharmonic; advancing relationships with supporter, sponsors, community leaders and the public. The Executive Director, as the lead executive for the Boise Philharmonic Association, is selected by the Board of directors and reports the Board through the Board Chair.
