Executive Director
The Board of Directors of Emmanuel Music is seeking to hire a seasoned professional to serve as its next Executive Director following the retirement of its incumbent in Summer 2021. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with a dynamic and well-regarded classical ensemble that will mark the completion of its 50th anniversary. Highlights of this opportunity include leading the implementation of a newly adopted strategic plan, preparation for anticipated performance at BachFest 2022, creating an operations/management structure that will set the stage for Emmanuel Music’s future including increased artistic offerings in digital form and enhanced focus on Diversity/Equity/Inclusion.
The Executive Director serves as the organization’s chief administrator. In this capacity, the individual in this role has responsibility for leadership and oversight in the four key areas of activity:
• Planning & Administration
• Management & Operations
• Development & Cultivation
• Coordination with Emmanuel Church
