HR Systems Manager

Welsh National Opera shares the power of live opera with audiences and communities across Wales and England – in theatres, in neighbourhoods and online.

We are seeking a solution focused, forward thinking HR Systems Manager with strong problem-solving skills to join our busy Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the effective implementation of WNO’s new cloud-based HR & Payroll system, iTrent. Working in partnership with key stakeholders to manage the day-to-day delivery of specific milestones across the full lifecycle of the project, in line with the overall project plan.

A practical understanding and experience in key HR process and practice, experience of successful systems implementation, specifically iTrent and data savvy with the ability to analyse, interpret and report back key themes and make recommendations are essential for this role.
