Space Utilisation Manager
£31,396 - £33,966 p/year

Reporting to the Head of Programmes Administration, the Space Utilisation Manager is responsible for the operation of the Space Utilisation Plan and management and support of business processes related to ASIMUT, the RNCM’s scheduling and room-booking system.
The postholder will act as an overarching liaison to connect all areas of planning, timetabling and activity delivery across the institution, review planning processes and systems to identify improvements and efficiencies which can be realised in future planning. The postholder will be responsible for balancing the demands of all activity within the building, in collaboration with all stakeholders, and will also be responsible for the operational management and strategic development of ASIMUT and the integrity and quality of the data within. Experience of a Higher Education / arts-based organisation and excellent organisation, problem solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
This role is suitable for blended working.
