The International Anton Rubinstein Competition is divided into four categories - Viola, Violoncello, Violin and Piano. The talented young violinists, violists, pianists and cellists from all over the world are invited to apply to enter the competition. The competitions will take place in two rounds: The first round will be completed via video link, YouTube or DVD. The second round will take place in Dusseldorf, Germany. The 9th Osaka International Chamber Music Competition
The 9th Competition includes String Quartet. Quartets consisted of 35 years old or younger members will come to know the latest interpretation by performing the repertoire before distinguished jury, such as Prof. Tsuyoshi Tsutsumi, Chairman of Jury and Japanese Cellist, Prof. Martin Beaver/Tokyo Quartet, Prof. Rainer Schmidt/ Hagen Quartet and so on. Total prize money of Section One is fabulous (5,500,000 yen; about 54,300$). All overseas competitors will be provided with return airfares and accommodation.

STREICHWERK invites talented young violinists, violists and cellists from all over the world to apply to enter the 1st STREICHWERK International String Competition, November 25th 2016 in Berlin. Three main prizes will be awarded for each category: 1st prize: STREICHWERK Violin, Viola & Cello 2nd prize: 1500 € sponsorship for a STREICHWERK Instrument 3rd prize: 1000 € sponsorship for a STREICHWERK Instrument. Stockport International Young Musicians Competition
Three finalists will be selected from musicians between the ages of 17 and 24 to perform a concerto with full symphony orchestra under the baton of the Associate Conductor of the Halle and Los Angeles Philharmonic Dudamel Fellow, Jamie Phillips.
