RPS Young Classical Writers Prize – a brand new initiative, with prizes totalling £2,000, introduced to encourage young people aged 16 to 25 to further their interests in writing about classical music. The prize is dedicated to the late and much-respected classical music writer Gerald Larner. Closing date for applications: Tuesday 2 February 2021.
The Prize is open to anyone living in the UK aged between 16 and 25 on 1 January 2021. You may already enjoy writing about music or have no prior experience doing so. Even if you’ve never tried before, why not give it a go?
