4th Fulham Opera Robert Presley Memorial Verdi Prize

Fulham/Regents Opera invite applications for our 4th Robert Presley Memorial Verdi Prize. A Prize for exceptional singing of the works of Verdi, with NO AGE LIMIT.

Entry Fee: £20 (down 50% from 2 years ago, as a reaction to the pandemic)

First Prize: £2000 (sponsored by Laura Devine Immigration)
Second Prize: £1000 (sponsored by Irene Richards and John Roussety)
Judges' Discretionary Prize: £300 (usually for a singer at the start of their career, or a particularly promising Verdi Baritone)
Audience Prize: £300

Judges: Sir Thomas Allen (international baritone), Richard Hetherington (Head of Music, Royal Opera House), Gweneth Ann Rand (ENO's Aida, international soprano)

Entry by recordings by 31st July. Three recordings requested, of which two have to be by Verdi from different works.
