American Virtuoso International Music Competition

The 2023 AVIMC winter edition: Through the Eras is open to instrumentalists (piano, strings, guitar, woodwinds & brass, chamber music) of any nationality.

AVIMC values performers with a strong classical music artistic personality vision and stage presence. Our goal is to discover outstanding young artists and support them to launch music careers.

Winners will be given the opportunity to perform recitals at Weill Recital Hall in Carnegie Hall!

Additionally, all participants will receive complimentary masterclass opportunities with adjudicators across various categories.
