13th Blue-T International Piano Concerto Competition 2027 – Japan

The Blue-T International Piano Concerto Competition offers pianists a rare opportunity to perform a full piano concerto with orchestra in Japan.

Unlike traditional competitions focused on elimination rounds, this event emphasizes real concert experience. Participants perform with a professional orchestra at Yokohama Minato Mirai Hall, one of Japan’s leading venues, located approximately 30 minutes from Tokyo.

A wide range of concerto repertoire is accepted (subject to orchestration feasibility). The competition is designed to be flexible and supportive, welcoming pianists from around the world.

Each participant receives:

・Full concerto performance with orchestra
・High-quality audio recording
・Professional video recording
・Jury feedback

The competition is held over two schedules (A and B), allowing flexible participation.
