Operations and Personnel Manager, Orchestral Studies

This highly student-facing position manages the booking of Juilliard’s two orchestral studios. Focusing on internal communication, this position ensures department-wide scheduling and information is up to date across multiple platforms. This position manages orchestra personnel for select ensembles including Lab Orchestra and Juilliard Chamber Orchestra, and coordinates auxiliary instrument loans and lessons. The position spearheads alumni projects and maintains the sub list of alumni musicians, engaging as required by repertoire demands.
