A German violin bearing the label of Heinrich Heberlein, Markneukirchen 1913. Probably made in the 1920's

The two-piece maple back with medium curl, falling from centre
The front is of two-piece spruce with narrow, straight grain.
The varnish is of a gold/brown colour with some shading.
The violin is fitted with boxwood pegs and tailpiece with single adjuster. It has a new bridge, soundpost and Dominant strings. (Different strings are available if required).
The violin is undamaged and in excellent playable condition.
