About the Role:
Do you have a passion for music and supporting student excellence? Do you enjoy working on multiple projects and working collaboratively with a creative team? If yes, then the Coordinator of Music Organizations position might be the perfect fit for you! We are searching for a candidate to manage concert production, tour support, special projects, and general administration for the office of Music Organizations, and support our renowned ensembles.

What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative support to the Music Organizations office
Manage and provide concert duty for concerts on campus and others as needed for Music Organizations supported ensembles
Create and manage concert programs and work orders for on-campus performances
Assist with touring and off-campus performance needs

Who You Are:
You will have a Bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of professional, concert production administration work experience, and knowledge of instrumental and choral music. Additionally, you have a valid driver’s license and meet St. Olaf College driver authorization criteria with a satisfactory driving record.

It is preferable if you have music ensemble and touring experience, project management skills, or experience working in a college or university setting.
