Precio: 40k euros (negotiable)

Beautiful and rare violin made by Hendrick Willems II in Ghent around 1720. This violin has wonderful character and a colourful and nuanced sound. It was expertly restored by Jan Strick in Brussels and is in a perfect and stable state of restoration.

You can see some videos of me playing this violin on my website, (all the Weinberg recordings, Faure trio, etc). I'm selling it because I've managed to upgrade to a fine old Italian violin.
Certification: Certificates of authenticity and valuation from Maison Bernard/Jan Strick, Brussels 2021.
