2021-2022 Position Vacancy Announcement

Position Title: Director of Marketing & Audience Development

Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications. BSOC General Manager to provide details on benefits.

Reports To: General Manager with tasks assigned by Executive Director or Music Director

Direct Reports: Social Media Coordinator, all outside Media/Marketing vendors (e.g. web-design, PR and media consultants, etc.), Marketing interns.

FLSA Status: Full time, exempt

Work Schedule: Majority of duties are typically M-F. See Essential Duties below*.

Position Summary:

The primary focus of this position is increasing, retaining, growing, and diversifying audiences for all types of performances across Yellowstone County. This position will oversee and manage BSOC’s full season marketing plan and promotion strategy with direction of Executive Director. Oversee and manage patron experience and using the BSOC’s multi-faceted sales and ticketing system (PatronManager).
