41 cm. Even sound across all strings, especially good C + G string, no woolly-ness at all, and also beautifully radiant A string, even high up.
Very good orchestral instrument, cherished for substantial volume, bright and clear, but still full-bodied sound quality. Many leaders and other orchestral players in Germany play on Brueckner instruments. including Staatsoper Berlin, Dresden, Bayreuth, and Bavarian Radio.
This instrument has been played by Berlin Staatsoper and Royal Opera House Covent garden players. fully refurbished 2 years ago, optimised bridge and strings. Certificate of originality + valuation by W. Brueckner himself who still builds instruments in Erfurt now.
Certification: Full valuation and certification by maker W Bruckner .
