Ruggeri model Cello built by Arjan Versteeg 2017

This beautiful Cello has been custom built for me by Arjan Versteeg in Hohenschäftlarn/Germany in 2017.
It's modelled after a cello by Francesco Ruggeri, the back and the ribs are made of poplar, the scroll from flamed maple and the top from fine-grained spruce.
It‘s very easy to play and has a warm and projecting sound. I am solocello in Sinfonieorchester Wuppertal and have played/atried it also for orchestra solos.
You're welcome to try it out in Wuppertal (near Düsseldorf, Köln a.o.) or Munich
