“I am very grateful for the lessons and performance opportunity during the academy. The professors teach and analyze the repertoire in different approaches and their opinions were very constructive and fruitful.

There are also JAM sessions and Gala concert which we have the opportunity to play various repertoires with our colleagues and professors. All these performing activities encourages us to share our own musical intentions and to exchange ideas with others. It was amazing and unforgettable experience.

Besides the wonderful music making, we always hang out and have dinner together, therefore everyone in the academy gets to know everyone so well. It’s a family!”

“J’ai participé à la Soloist Academy à deux reprises, notamment lors de sa toute première édition, et cela a été une expérience formidable. Sur un plan instrumental, j’ai eu l’occasion de beaucoup progresser auprès des différents clarinettistes ainsi que des professeurs mais il me semble que c’est le facteur humain qui a rendu ces expériences tout à fait particulières.
