Who Comes
For pre-formed groups and individuals meticulously matched by the musical director.
Typical ensembles are:
Those for strings, and for piano and strings: the duos, trios, quartets, quintets & sextets.
Typical ensembles
Piano and wind chamber music, and mixed string/wind/piano ensembles.
Concentrating on Mozart
Baroque ensembles for strings and winds for baroque and early classical repertoire.
Wind ensembles: smaller and larger-scale chamber music (with its wide and varied repertoire). Click here for coaching arrangements.
The enthusiasm of the players together with the ‘buzz’ from the coaching engenders a vibrant atmosphere, stimulating and sociable.
All the Course arrangements are dedicated to being smooth and supportive for the uninterrupted enjoyment of it; come and play to your heart’s content.
Our Chamber Music Course is going into its 26th year. Participants look forward to it with great enthusiasm and spread the word that here is a ‘jewel'. Precious holiday entitlement is gladly taken for it and devotees return regularly.
