Executive Chairman’s Coordinator / Personal Assistant

This role is to support the Executive Chairman, Jasper Parrott, and his immediate team in all business and personal administration matters including extensive travel arrangements, diary management, planning internal and external meetings agendas and minute taking, communication and correspondence with global collaborators, clients, artists and employees.

To be successful in this role you must possess solid organisation skills, be a highly resilient team player, adaptable to constant change and able to prioritise competing demands in a positively challenging and dynamic environment.
