Anna Harvey Takes Top Prize at Paris Opera Competition 2022

The Paris Opera Competition has announced the winners of its 2022 showcase.

Taking home the Prix Pierre Vernes (first prize) was Anna Harvey. Second place (also known as the Prix Claude Dassault) went to Aytaj Shikhalizada.

The winner of the third place prize, the Prix Nicola Oppermann-Labourdette, was Serena Saenz Molinero; Saenz Molinero also took home the Prix du Public – Prix BG2V Avocats.

The seventh annual competition was held between Jan. 17 – 22, 2022 at the Palais Garnier of the Opéra de Paris. Other finalists for the competition included William Desbiens, Maria Carla Pino Cury, Maria Brea, Deniz Uzun, Luke Terence Scott, and George Vibran.

Past winners include Ambroisine Bre and Ilya Kutyukhin, among many others.
