Teacher of arranging and conducting for Military Music School
The Royal Guard of Oman is looking for a teacher/musician to train a small number of military musicians from its Military Music School to become Bandmasters. The teacher/musician will be required to devise and teach flexible courses, including arranging and conducting, with a view to preparing these musicians to become Bandmasters.
You should have a proven experience of teaching arranging and conducting at a basic and intermediate level. A military background is welcome but not necessary, and candidates should hold at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
The RGO offers a tax-free salary, basic health-coverage, an allowance towards housing and utilities, paid leave in the summer, and an annual return-flight to the candidate's home country.
