Concertmaster

The Boise Philharmonic is currently recruiting for position of Concertmaster. The Concertmaster position is part of a full-time salaried artist-in-residency as Violinist and Langroise Fellow at the College of Idaho. The preliminary audition for Concertmaster will take place at the Esther Simplot Performing Arts Academy in Boise, ID on September 2nd and 3rd of 2021.

The Boise Phil performs a seven-concert cycle Classics Series, a Community Series, Seasonal Favorites like Messiah and the Nutcracker, and has a vibrant education and community engagement program.
This position offers a starting salary of $60,000 per year, which combines a minimum of 80 services with the Boise Philharmonic Orchestra, Violin Professorship and Langroise Trio Fellowship at the College of Idaho, and includes a comprehensive health insurance and benefits package.
