Tutti First and Second Violin
The LSO are seeking to fill Tutti First and Second Violin positions. To apply, please submit an application and pre-recorded first round audition on Musicalchairs by Wed 25 Mar 2026. The audition requirements and excerpt booklet are below.
Second round auditions will be a live audition in London on:
Thu 21 May, am
Sat 24 May, pm
Thu 28 May, am + pm
Fri 5 Jun, am + pm
Please hold these dates (we can’t guarantee all dates will be used). Video second round requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Regretfully we are unable to accept applications from candidates from Visa National countries due to recent changes to visitor visa restrictions at this time (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-visitor-visa-national-list).
