Executive Director

Reporting directly to the BSOA Board of Directors, the Executive Director will be responsible for executing the Bryan Symphony’s mission while establishing and implementing the organization’s strategic vision. The Executive Director, the most senior administrative staff member, will report directly to the BSOA board of directors and will work in partnership with the BSOA’s music director, the BSO’s director of patron relations and marketing, and the director of the school of music at TTU. The Executive Director will lead the strategic planning, goal setting, and governance for the organization, with accountability for the artistic, educational, financial, and community operation functions year-round. The Executive Director will work with the board of directors and BSOA staff on ensuring that all programs and operations of the BSOA align with the mission and strategic plan of the organization.
