L'Orchestre national d'Île-de-France recrute un.e chef.fe assistant.e pour sa saison 2023.24.
- Inscriptions ouvertes du 19 janvier au 30 mars 2023.
- Peut se présenter tout·e candidat·e de moins de 35 ans au 19 janvier 2023, diplômé·e d'un établissement supérieur, ayant une expérience de direction d'orchestre en répétition et en concert avec des musiciens professionnels.
- Sélection de cinq candidats au concours sur dossier (résultats le 6 avril 2023).
- Auditions : le 12 mai 2023 à la Maison de l'Orchestre à Alfortville
Conçu comme une véritable immersion au sein de la formation, le·la chef·fe assistant·e assistera le directeur musical dans ses réflexions artistiques et la préparation des concerts, enregistrements et actions culturelles, tout au long de la saison 2023.24.

Duties of the Assistant Conductor during the 2023.24 season:
The assistant conductor will be involved in the preparation of the Musical Director’s concerts and recordings. He/She will also be present during concert series conducted by guest conductors. He / she will conduct the Orchestra within the framework of an Academy project, in which students from conservatoires of Île-de-France area will participate. He/she will conduct the commented concerts organized for schoolers. Depending on the candidate's profile, he/she could be involved in designing pedagogical and social projects of the symphonic concert season, in partnership with the Cultural Actions department.
