2.Supervise student compositions and thesis projects
3.Contribute to curriculum development and the ongoing advancement of the music program
4.Maintain a strong national and international profile through research, creative activity, and scholarship
III. Qualification Requirements
1.Doctoral degree (Ph.D., D.M.A., or equivalent) in composition, music theory, or a closely related field
2.A proven record of excellence in both creative work and scholarly research
3.Demonstrated effectiveness in university-level teaching
4.Strong communication skills, with a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the classroom
