Marco Lo Russo aka Rouge, international concert artist, emancipated the accordion from the vision only used for folk music. Marco Lo Russo is listed in the Yearbook of Italian Cinema for his compositions for television, cinema, theatre, soloists, musical productions, for its numerous live concerts and boasts prestigious artistic collaborations from Nicola Piovani (Oscar award for the film Life is beautiful, with and by Roberto Benigni) to Leo Brouwer both as a performer, arranger and composer.

Accordionist, composer, arranger, conductor, producer and artistic director of Rouge Sound Production (label and recording studio), musicologist and professor in Conservatory of Music, is considered, at internationally level, one of the most representative contemporary Italian musicians of the new generation.
He is a eclectic artist, with musical interests ranging from contemporary classical music to jazz, from world music to tango to get to electronic contamination. He received, for his career, numerous appreciations, awards and reviews by international critics and by artists like Ennio Morricone, Leo Brouwer, Nicola Piovani, Pupi Avati, Piera Degli Esposti and Giorgio Albertazzi, just to name a few.

It also has several artistic collaborations with theatre, film and television and he composed soundtracks, sound design and he partecipated as a musician scenic figure in shows and films: he was an accordion soloist for one of the most prestigious Italian foundations like Teatro dell'Opera di Roma (Opera Theatre in Rome).
President of Marco Lo Russo Music Center association in Sermoneta, Latina, Italy, in addition to performing and composing music for national and international medias such as RAI, SKY, RTI-Mediaset, TV2000, on some occasions he was also artistic music director for television programs broadcast in world vision. Marco Lo Russo had the honor to perform at the presence of Pope Benedict XVI and Pope Francis in different occasions.

Among the many concerts and events broadcast in world vision in TV, we can mention: The Bible day and night, The Betrothed of Italy and the Exposition of the Holy Shroud in Turin Cathedral, just to name a few.
