This varied role involves coordinating the day-to-day administration of instrumental lessons across St Paul’s School and St Paul’s Prep School, supporting pupils, parents, and teachers, and assisting with the delivery of the department’s busy programme of concerts and events.&#13;

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. Experience in an educational, arts, or similar setting would be an advantage.&#13;
&#13;
Salary: Competitive salary plus benefits.&#13;
&#13;
Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm, (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday with one hour unpaid for breaks. Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required to cover school events. Overtime payments and TOIL arrangements will be agreed for such events in agreement with the Music School Manager.&#13;

The Department Administration Team provides professional service and administrative support to Principal Study Departments. This team of administrators has strong working relationships across the Academy and is proactive in developing and implementing best practice to provide the highest quality of service.&#13;
This part-time role is responsible for providing a comprehensive and professional administration/co-ordination service to support the smooth running of the Historical Performance Department and management of the historical keyboards, acting as the primary point of contact for staff, students, and external enquiries.&#13;
The Academy requires an established administrator to join the team. You will have exceptional levels of organisation, the ability to solve problems and work independently, and demonstrable experience of success in an administrative role, coupled with an interest and knowledge in music.&#13;
