COOL Music represents some of the finest Oscar, Bafta and Ivor Novello award winning Film, TV and Games composers in the UK and US. As well as acting as composer agents, COOL also contracts musicians for all the recordings through its orchestra, the Chamber Orchestra Of London and releases soundtracks through its in-house label Dubois Records.&#13;
This is an exciting role in which the Agents are at the heart of the company, working with international producers, directors and composer clients. You will be required to work on your own initiative, with absolute attention to detail, have excellent communication and numeric skills as well as a flexible approach towards work and a great sense of humour.&#13;
The ideal candidate must have several years’ experience working within the film, TV, commercials or music industry, with a knowledge of SVOD’s, film and TV production companies and studios, producers and directors. The candidate will need to have strong salesmanship and negotiating skills and ideally be able to handle legal contracts and publishing deals between production companies and our clients. A passion and knowledge of music is also important.&#13;
The role is highly varied but will involve:&#13;
• Working with the other London and LA based agents.&#13;
• Pitching clients and their music to producers/production companies.&#13;
• Negotiating fees, dealing with legal contracts, as well as publishing and soundtrack deals for release through the in-house record label and external labels.&#13;
• Co-ordinating projects with the LA office and our partners in the US.&#13;
• Working with producers, directors and composer clients.&#13;
• Managing budgets.&#13;
• Liaising with the Musicians Contractor and studios.&#13;

The Role : Tour &amp; Projects ManagerSpringhead Constellation and the Constellation Choir &amp; Orchestra are seeking a highly experienced Tour &amp; Projects Manager to help support an increasingly active international touring and project schedule from Summer 2026 onwards.&#13;
The role combines remote planning work with periods of travel, rehearsals and meetings in London and internationally as required. The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including coordinating travel, accommodation and concert logistics in close collaboration with the Stage Manager and wider management team. We are looking for someone highly organised, confident in managing orchestra and choral tours and comfortable in working within a small collaborative team environment.&#13;
The role arises initially in the context of maternity cover within the organisation, though as Springhead Constellation continues to grow, we anticipate that there may well be longer-term possibilities for the right person in one form or another.&#13;
We are therefore very open to hearing from a variety of experienced candidates with different backgrounds and availabilities.&#13;
