The RoleReporting to the Vice President and General Manager, the Director of Orchestra Personnel will be responsible for ensuring that the orchestra is fully prepared for all services, enabling the orchestra to perform at the highest artistic level.&#13;
This role will be required to uphold and advance a fair and collaborative working environment by effectively administering the TSO-TMA General Agreement, managing labour relations and supporting positive musician relationships with clear communication and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to issue resolution.&#13;

The Office Manager is expected to play a key role in the move of the RPO’s Garage/Warehouse on expiry of the current lease.  Acting as a Health and Safety Coordinator, the Office Manager will ensure that the RPO meets required Health and Safety standards (IOSH training will be provided if required). &#13;
The Office Manager also oversees office and premises equipment management and undertakes aspects of staff induction including issuing IT equipment and account logins and Health and Safety induction and checks. The Role : Tour &amp; Projects ManagerSpringhead Constellation and the Constellation Choir &amp; Orchestra are seeking a highly experienced Tour &amp; Projects Manager to help support an increasingly active international touring and project schedule from Summer 2026 onwards.&#13;
The role combines remote planning work with periods of travel, rehearsals and meetings in London and internationally as required. The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including coordinating travel, accommodation and concert logistics in close collaboration with the Stage Manager and wider management team. We are looking for someone highly organised, confident in managing orchestra and choral tours and comfortable in working within a small collaborative team environment.&#13;
The role arises initially in the context of maternity cover within the organisation, though as Springhead Constellation continues to grow, we anticipate that there may well be longer-term possibilities for the right person in one form or another.&#13;
We are therefore very open to hearing from a variety of experienced candidates with different backgrounds and availabilities.&#13;
