Originally purchased from UTV Studios in 2008, where it served as a stage piano and was famously played by Sir Elton John, the instrument has remained in my family home ever since. It was used throughout my musical education, culminating in the completion of my Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance. The piano has been relatively lightly played for much of its life. During the past decade I was studying abroad, and no one else in the household played piano, resulting in significantly less use than many comparable instruments of this age. Musically, the instrument is in excellent condition, possessing a warm, mature tonal character and highly responsive action.
