This is a part-time role (3 days per week). Preferred working days are Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Engagement, the post-holder will be responsible for the creative development and management of a range of projects across the L&E programme. The programme supports the creation of new work, and supports participants to discover opera and develop their talent. The portfolio managed by the post-holder will change over time according to the needs of the organisation and the scope of the projects being delivered. The post-holder will also be closely involved in the day-to-day running of the department’s programme of work and its busy office (real or virtual). The L&E Project Manager will coordinate and liaise closely with multiple departments across the organisation, most notably Communications, Development, and Technical.
