IMPORTANT INFO FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS:

To substitute with the New World Symphony (NWS), you must already be authorized to work in the United States (e.g., Green Card, O-1 visa, or F-1 with CPT/OPT authorized by your school). NWS does not petition visas for substitute work.

Video Requirements:
• 2–3 minutes of a solo work (or exposition of a standard concerto/sonata)
• Four contrasting orchestral excerpts of your choice

Excerpts do not need to be selected from NWS’ posted fellowship repertoire lists. (Those lists apply to fellowship applicants only.) Some instruments have specific requirements—see Acceptd for details.

Results and further information will be emailed as soon as possible after submission. If invited to join the substitute list, status remains active for 12 months from the date of notification.

NWS limits the size of its substitute pool. Substitute musicians may be engaged to augment the orchestra for larger repertoire or to cover absences during the season. When engaged, NWS provides airfare, housing (if needed), and a stipend. Musicians are responsible for ensuring availability and securing any necessary institutional approvals if currently enrolled in school.

New York Carnegie Hall debut!

GOLDEN CLASSICAL MUSIC AWARDS INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

I gave it in VIENNA AUSTRIA in consignment to a dealer hoping that he will sell it directly in his small store. But he sold it via internet over some platform and told me, that he sent it already before getting actually the money from his buyer. He told us that he had trusted a email coming appearently from Pay Pal, but it was (to his narrative) a false Paypal confirmation, that his client would have payed already and he the salesman would be allowed to send it to the "buyer". Until today I got nothing back, and the court says, that it was not dealers fault, because he himself was a victim of that fraud too. But that was all the result of the narrative of the dealer: I do not know who did what. I did not get one cent from the dealer or from any assecurance.
I am very very angry still to this day and will be nice to the person who gives me (proves of) the information, where and with whom (name) the instrument is at present.

Selmer SA 80 II alto saxophone gold lack

Selmer SA 80 II alto saxophone gold lack, in a black case.
