For sale a violin Carlo Ferdinando Landolfi , Milano 1767 ca., after Guadagnini. Made in collaboration with his son Pietro.
Red brown typical varnish. Correct sizes. On request I can send a complete report and technical analysis on the violin, including its conditions and history.
It belonged indeed to a famous venetian violinist, the first one that spread in the world the music of Vivaldi in the 1940 - 1950 years.
Top has been internally lined and well restaured. There is not crack in the back on the sound post. Label is original. But unfortunately the violin is very damaged ( request condition report ).For this reason the price is very low.
It is the correct instrument for a player that wish an important italian instrument of XVIII century but can t afford a big expense to buy it.
