Jean Baptiste Colin, Mirecourt 7/8's violin, 1913

Beautiful 7/8's violin made in Mirecourt at the turn of the century. Recently fully restored by Edward Gaut, including new strings, new soundpost, glueing and realigning of historic crack, repolished, reshooting of fingerboard and new bridge.
Plays very well and has a clear, open sound.
Great violin for someone looking for a 7/8s
