Part Time Lecturer - Classical Euphonium

(Part-time)
Hours per Week: 3.75
Weeks per Year: 20
Salary: £32,817 to £49,553 per annum pro rata
Part Time / Term Time only

LCoM’s Undergraduate Studies Department is currently inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to deliver the following modules on the BA (Hons) in Music:

- Specialist Study (1:1 euphonium teaching – 2 hours per week)
- Performance in Context (a weekly 1 hour supplementary euphonium class – 1 hour per week)
- Specialist Group Study (chamber music ensemble coaching – 45 minutes per week)

We would strongly consider applicants who possess a degree in music (preferably at postgraduate level) and have suitable teaching experience. In addition, self-motivation, reliability, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Versatility and creativity as a practitioner would be welcomed, as well as knowledge of recent developments in repertoire.

An Academic Travel Scheme is available for visiting lecturers who live over 50 miles outside of the conservatoire. This covers contribution towards mileage, public transportation and accommodation.
