Spring Marimba Competition – Second Edition
Teatro Vittorio Emanuele, Messina (Sicily, Italy)
The International Competition will take place on May 23–24 , 2026, featuring three categories:
• Category A: up to 14 years old
• Category B: 15–19 years old
• Category C: 20+
The Spring Marimba Competition is organized by the Ritmo Live Music Association in collaboration with Adams Instruments and Teatro Vittorio Emanuele.
• Application Deadline: April 20, 2026
• Prizes: Prestigious awards offered by Adams Instruments
The jury will be chaired by internationally renowned marimbist Marta Klimasara, alongside distinguished musicians from the international music scene.
Those who wish to experience something new may register for
“I ❤️ Marimba”, an open podium taking place on Friday, May 22 , 2026 offering the opportunity to perform outside the competition.
