The Art of Conducting with Maestro Michael Palmer

*Qualified participants will receive rehearsal and performance time with a 41 piece orchestra of high-level professional musicians. All applicants will receive feedback on submitted materials.*
Select participants will have the opportunity to learn from a veteran conductor steeped in the European tradition of master conductors while also developing the entrepreneurial skills to develop a successful conducting career in the present day.
Select participants will study score analysis, and rehearsal techniques directly from Maestro Palmer and will receive one-on-one coaching in baton technique in private lessons with a pianist. Participants receive a minimum of 20 minutes of podium time with string quintet and piano. In addition, participants will receive three (3) supervised partial orchestral rehearsals with Maestro Palmer coaching.
Off-the-podium sessions include one-on-one coaching on brand development, marketing and public relations, and more.
