Employment to begin September 2024

Audition Dates Are Subject to Change
Musicians of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra (OPO) are employed according to the terms of a Collective Bargaining Agreement between OPO and Local 389 AFM.
*Per the terms of the current CBA
Principal Percussion – guaranteed 140 services
(Services Rate - $201.71)
Pension Contribution – 5% of all wages earned under the CBA
Instrument Insurance – up to $40,000 coverage for Core Members
