*Phil Goody's silver Rudall Carte open hole flute. Phil Goody played with Geoffrey Gilbert in many famous bands including the Jack Parnell and Geraldo orchestras. He can be heard on Beatles' recordings (Penny Lane etc).
*Vincent Needham's wood Louis Lot. Hallé principal; known for his tone; sadly died playing a concert.
*Daniel Wood's wood Carte made by Schumacher. LSO Principal and composer. Thinned and silver lined headjoint. Impeccable. Sound clip on request.
*Georges Delangle's metal Lot (see Giannini). Teacher & mentor of Joseph Rampal; career curtailed by car accident-damaged lips.
