This is a thumb plate system oboe d'amore and I am the first and only owner of it since it was purchased. It is a very reliable instrument and plays easily, with a beautiful tone and is well in tune. It has recently been serviced. The instrument comes with three crooks.

I have now retired from playing, hence the sale.

As a professional oboist, I have played all the main oboe d'amore solos on this instrument with top British Orchestra and it has served me very well.
