International Opera Studio “Silvio Varviso” 2026 – Ticino Musica

The International Opera Studio “Silvio Varviso” 2026 is a unique program for young singers, instrumentalists, and choristers, offering intensive training in opera production. This year, in July 2026, participants will perform La Bohème by Giacomo Puccini in Ticino, Switzerland. Under the guidance of Umberto Finazzi (musical director) and Daniele Piscopo (stage director), participants will receive professional coaching and performance experience.
Applications deadlines:
Solo singers: January 28th 2026
Instrumentalists and Choristers: February 25th 2026
Auditions: March 8th to 11th 2026
The selected participants will receive a scholarship at the end of the produciton.
