From July 26th to August 9th 2026, IHMS transforms Bergen and Noord-Holland into a dynamic academy and festival, welcoming the world’s most promising young musicians to learn, perform, and connect under the guidance of internationally renowned artists. What we offer at IHMS 2026:

Week One

Each participant will engage in three masterclasses per week, sharpen their skills and exploring new artistic horizons under the mentorship of our acclaimed teachers. Step beyond tradition with an improvisation workshop led by a master of the art, unlocking new dimensions. Every student will shine in live concerts and will give half a recital and when possible registered professionally.
