Co-principal Timpani /Tutti Percussion (1) – Permanent
The Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra is looking for a co-principal timpani / tutti percussion starting January 1, 2025.
The audition takes place at Konserthuset Stockholm, June 18-19 2024, after personal invitation. We kindly ask applicants to send in a recording for a digital pre-round to be selected and invited to the live audition. Candidates with a similar permanent position with obligation to play both timpani and percussion in a professional orchestra qualifies directly to the live audition and do not need to send in a video recording. Deadline for the pre-recording is May 3 and the invitation to the main audition will be sent out on May 17.
