Acting Principal Viola

This is a one-year position for the 2025-26 season. The position requires the musician to live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In addition to serving as Acting Principal Viola of the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra, the musician will serve as violist of the Dakota String Quartet. The Dakota String Quartet performs chamber music recitals and education/community engagement programs throughout the season in the Sioux Falls metro area and throughout South Dakota. The 2025-26 season includes a week-long South Dakota Lakota Music Project tour in October.
