Sub-Principal Bassoon agreed to work until further notice at Pori Sinfonietta (Pori City Orchestra).
Audition: Thursday, 11th of December 2025 starting at 11 am at Promenade Center (Yrjönkatu 17, Pori, Finland)

Audition repertoire
1. W.A. Mozart: Bassoon Concerto B-flat major KV 191, 1st and 2nd mov. without cadenzas
2. Camille Saint-Saëns: Bassoon Sonata Op.168, 1st mov.
3. Orchestral and chamber music repertoire that will be sent by email after the closing date for applications.
The applicant must inform whether he/she wants the audition repertoire to be sent by mail.
Applications should include personal details and contact information, a list of education and work experience and a mention if applicant needs accompanist arranged by Pori Sinfonietta.
The audition includes a possible job interview.
We expect good communication and teamwork skills from the applicant.
The employment relationship will be filled from the beginning of the spring season 2026 or according to the agreement.
Salary in accordance with the Municipal Musicians' Collective Agreement.
In addition, recording compensation is paid according to the valid agreement. Costume and instrument compensation are paid according to the valid collective agreement.
The city has a sports, cultural and welfare benefit and a personal allowance system.
