French Horn - 1 position

The Orchestra of Varna State Opera is seeking to appoint a French Horn player. Auditions are to be held on 14 december 2025 at 11:00 (GMT+3) at the Varna State Opera (pl. "Nezavisimost" 1, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria).
The position start date enad remuneration is to be negotiated following successful audition.
The Varna State Opera orchestra will also consider candidates who are in the early stages of their career and can clearly demonstrate their potential to fulfil the role.
Audition repertoire:
• Richard Strauss -Concerto N:1
• Piece by choice
Orchestral excerpts: Brahms - Conceti for piano 1, 2; Rossini - ov.Guillermo Tell; Wagner - "Flying Dutchman", Tristan and Isolde" ; R.Strauss - "Til Eulenspigel", "Don Juan".
The candidate has is to play also Principal horn, if necessary. For that reason the following orchestral exerpts are to be played:
C.Frank - Symphony in d moll, Lizst - Preludies, Wagner Siegfried Idyll, Schumann - Symphony No.1, Rossini - ov. Semiramide, R.Strauss - Til Eulenspiegel and Don juan.
